1.  Send us your leads: Whenever you come across a potential client who needs funding or assistance with their real estate investment, simply send us their information using our referral form. We’ll take it from there!
2. We handle the rest: Once we receive the lead, our experienced team of professionals will promptly follow up with the client, provide exceptional service, and guide them through the entire funding process. We strive to deliver a seamless experience that exceeds their expectations.
3. Referral bonus at closing: When the transaction successfully closes, we will express our gratitude by paying you a referral bonus. The bonus amount will be a percentage of our commission, agreed upon prior to the transaction, with a minimum of $500*. Rest assured, we are committed to providing competitive referral bonuses to show our appreciation for your trust and support.

*unless we are doing EMD or other transactions in the amount of $1,000 or less. The referral amount will be less than $500 and a per deal basis. Referral amounts are subject to change at any time.
